As States Gear Up For Vote By Mail, New Research on Low-Propensity Voters Suggests Key Recommendations for California

Please join California Common Cause and the Center for Social Innovation at UC Riverside for the release of a new report that features the voices and concerns of low-propensity and first-time voters in California. The research, sponsored by the Haas Jr. Fund and California Community Foundation, draws on focus group sessions in multiple languages and stakeholder sessions with election officials and community partners.
