Meet FraNecia…
FraNecia joined Common Cause in April 2021 supporting youth engagement and civic participation as the National Youth Programs Coordinator. She now serves as the Manager of People Projects where she is responsible for organization-wide people initiatives and development of systems that align with organization strategy and result in a more equitable, inclusive Common Cause.
Prior to joining Common Cause, FraNecia managed an international civic engagement fellowship program developing youth civic leadership skills, civic engagement knowledge, grassroots movements and nonprofit development.
FraNecia is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) highly skilled in people, processes, and environment. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln and a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Her research focused on the importance of centering social equity and preparing future administrators to meet the needs of all people.
