William N. Hubbard III is chairman and president of Center Development Corporation, a New York-based real estate development company. Bill served in the Volunteers in Service to America program and is a former associate of the Wall Street law firm of Thatcher, Proffitt, and Wood. He was a co-founder of the Environmental Action Coalition, former trustee and officer of the City Club in New York, and chairman of its Housing Committee. In addition, Bill serves on several boards, including the Community Board Five in mid-town Manhattan during the Koch administration and the Association for a Better New York.
He is a graduate of Williams College, the London School of Economics, and has a law degree from the University of Virginia.
