Meet Mario…
Mario serves as the new Director of People Operations for Common Cause and is excited to join the PE&I team and also to return to his non-profit roots.
Prior to joining Common Cause, Mario worked in People Operations roles at creative agencies, digital fashion brands and global media companies. He is very keen to provide his knowledge on People Operations/HR processes in order to provide an outstanding and People-first employee experience for all. Mario is based out of Los Angeles.
