Common Cause Massachusetts Celebrates New Law Banning Guns at Polling Locatio

BOSTON — Governor Healey just signed a compromise gun reform bill into law that will improve public safety and ensure safer elections in Massachusetts. The new law includes a critical ban on guns at and within 150 feet (equivalent to the existing electioneering buffer zone) of polling sites, both on election day and during the early voting period - a legislative priority for Common Cause Massachusetts members.
