SCOTUS Audio File and Transcript: Rucho v Common Cause, March 26, 2019

In oral argument before the Supreme Court of the United States, Common Cause argued that gerrymandering is unconstitutional in that it deprives Americans of their First Amendment right to free speech by making their opinion worthless in heavily gerrymandered districts.
