Voting and Elections
To ensure democracy works for everyone, voting and elections must be free, fair, and accessible.
The freedom to vote is the foundation of our system of government. We support the elimination of arbitrary registration deadlines and believe every Delawarean should be able to vote safely from home without providing the government with an excuse. We want the legislature to update the Constitution to allow same-day registration and no-excuse absentee voting.
