Have Voting Issues? Common Cause Indiana Will Help

Common Cause Indiana will once again convene an Election Protection team to help voters who encounter any issues voting in the May 7 Primary Election in Indiana.

Common Cause Indiana volunteers will be stationed at voting locations in Marion County and manning the 866-OUR-VOTE hotline to handle issues that arise for Hoosier voters.   Voters should call or text 866-OUR-VOTE if they encounter issues such as long lines, overly aggressive electioneering or voting machine breakdowns.

“Voters should feel safe and confident to vote on Tuesday and Common Cause Indiana is dedicated to providing peace of mind should issues arise. We know voters routinely encounter challenges and our volunteers help voters navigate the system to make sure their vote is submitted correctly. Every eligible voter should go vote on Tuesday,” said Julia Vaughn, Executive Director of Common Cause Indiana
