Micah Sims, executive director of Common Cause in Pennsylvania, said that Supreme Court appears to have successfully followed its own directions given to the Legislature in an order in January describing how congressional districts should look.

Common Cause Pennsylvania executive director Micah Sims said “don`t look for your number, look for where you are on the map, because obviously the renumbering situation has caused a bit of confusion as well, but nothing that education from the state, and good government groups like ourselves can’t help to facilitate.”

Sims points to the state's third largest county, Montgomery, which is split into four districts in the Republican map. "The Governor in his map seemingly leaves it as one congressional district, with a little bit of it going into another district. Which makes sense," said Sims.
