Minnesotans Can Call 866-OUR-VOTE Hotline for Any Issues Exercising the Right to Vote

ST. PAUL, MN — Common Cause Minnesota reminds Minnesotans to use the nonpartisan Election Protection hotline, 866-OUR-VOTE, if they have any questions or encounter any challenges with casting a ballot on or before Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 8. Voters can call or text the hotline to connect with volunteers standing by to help.

Minnesotans Approach Upcoming Deadlines for Voter Registration

ST. PAUL, MN — New voters and voters who need to make updates have until Tuesday, Oct. 18, to submit their online application to register to vote in the Nov. 8 midterm election. Mail-in registrations must be received by 5 p.m. the same day in order to be accepted.

Coalition of Voting Rights Groups File Amicus Brief to Restore the Freedom to Vote

Today, Common Cause Minnesota, the League of Women Voters of Minnesota and the Minnesota Second Chance Coalition, filed an amicus brief with the State Supreme Court to restore the voting rights of tens of thousands of Minnesotans in Schroeder v. Minnesota Secretary of State.
