Meet Jordan…
Jordan Davis joined Common Cause in August 2022 and is the Vice President of People, Equity and Inclusion. She leads the team charged with ensuring our people practices and policies center our commitments to anti-racism, equity and inclusion. Jordan’s team oversees talent acquisition, people operations and employee engagement.
Prior to Common Cause, Jordan’s career included roles in teaching, academic leadership, consulting and talent strategy and has spanned three continents. She is driven by a deeply personal commitment to confront and address the systemic inequities that have a disproportionate impact on communities of color. Jordan was compelled by the mission of Common Cause because at the root of these systemic inequities is the lack of a truly representative and accountable democracy.
