Protecting our democracy from foreign or domestic attacks is not a partisan issue. In order for our government to function with legitimacy, Americans must trust in the accuracy of our elections.
Here in Minnesota, we have simple and commonsense measures in place: paper ballots, audits to confirm election results, paper back-ups of our voter registration databases, and electronic voter rolls. Automatic voter registration would help to further guarantee the accuracy of our voter rolls.
Common Cause Minnesota is dedicated to safeguarding our voting systems. To that end, we work to ensure adequate funding is allocated for the Office of the Minnesota Secretary of State to conduct our elections and keep our technology up to date.
Join us in working to protect our democracy.
