2026

Common Cause Georgia works to defend and strengthen democracy by advocating for free, fair, and accessible elections across the state. In 2026, our work is focused on building a powerful network of activists ready to push back on authoritarianism and fight for government accountability and transparency.

We working to:

-Protect voting access: Opposing major anti-voter legislation, including measures like the SAVE Act at the Federal level and all state level anti-voter legislation. Including election protection, our monitoring work of the State Election Board, and monitoring county election boards across the state.

-Strengthen coalitions: Partnering with grassroots organizations across the state to build collective power and coordinate advocacy efforts.

-Civic engagement & education: Building community, training and equipping people and community members with the tools to advocate, monitor elections, and take action on key democracy issues.

Through this work, Common Cause Georgia is building a more inclusive, participatory democracy centering the voices of communities most impacted and preparing for critical elections ahead.
