Der designierte Präsident Donald Trump hat noch immer keine Rechtsdokumente unterzeichnet – darunter eine Ethik-Verpflichtung –, die für den offiziellen Beginn des Machtwechsels seiner Regierung erforderlich sind. Kandidaten reichen diese Dokumente normalerweise lange vor der Wahl ein.
