Election Reform

Our right to vote in free and fair elections is not a given, even in Oregon. We have some of the most convenient voting practices and highest participation rates in the country because we worked to make this happen. But maintaining a modern system as society and technology changes, and defending against continual proposals that would suppress or distort the vote -- this requires ongoing leadership.

Common Cause is working with Oregon Voice and the Oregon Bus Project to bring together civic minded community organizations around a shared reform agenda for the 2015 legislative session.
