Be an Election Day Observer<\/h3>\r\nThe League of Women Voters of Wisconsin is recruiting volunteers from across the state to serve as election observers for the April 7th Election. Volunteer election observers help ensure we have a fair election by watching for signs of voter disenfranchisement and intimidation, and by monitoring the way Wisconsin\u2019s election laws and procedures are being applied. Even if you only have a couple of hours on Election Day, you can still make a difference. Sign up to be an election observer today! And you can\u00a0sign up to be an Election Observer here<\/strong><\/a>. ***NOTE: Volunteer sign up for the LWVWI program closes on March 16th.\r\n\r\nACLU WI is organizing volunteer legal and law student election observers for the April 7th election.\u00a0Lawyers can sign up here<\/strong><\/a>. And\u00a0law students can sign up here<\/strong><\/a>.\r\n\r\nAll observer programs are nonpartisan.\r\n

\r\nBecome a Poll Worker<\/h3>\r\nPoll workers are vital to making the voting process safe, secure, and smooth. If you\u2019re able, consider becoming a poll worker for your municipality and within your county. You can work at a polling location as long as you reside in the same county as the polling location.
