CC\/WI kund\u00ebrshtoi fuqimisht ndalimin e shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb kutive t\u00eb dor\u00ebzimit t\u00eb votimit n\u00eb vitin 2022 dhe paraqiti nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhje amicus n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb rivendosjes s\u00eb kutive t\u00eb dor\u00ebzimit nga Gjykata Supreme e Uiskonsinit n\u00eb korrik t\u00eb vitit 2024.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span>N\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqemi t\u00eb kufizojm\u00eb aft\u00ebsin\u00eb e votuesve p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb kthejn\u00eb flet\u00ebt e votimit n\u00eb munges\u00eb m\u00eb leht\u00eb dhe n\u00eb koh\u00eb q\u00eb ato t\u00eb num\u00ebrohen, le t&#039;u ofrojm\u00eb votuesve dhe n\u00ebpun\u00ebsve t\u00eb zgjedhjeve udh\u00ebzime t\u00eb qarta, realiste dhe uniforme n\u00eb lidhje me zbatimin dhe p\u00ebrdorimin e kutive t\u00eb sigurta t\u00eb hedhjes s\u00eb votave, me kontribut t\u00eb shtuar dhe bashk\u00ebpunim me n\u00ebpun\u00ebsit e zgjedhjeve.<\/span>\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<span><strong>Projektligji 426 i Kuvendit - Kund\u00ebrshtoni<\/strong><\/span>\r\n\r\n<span>Lidhur me: v\u00ebzhguesit e zgjedhjeve dhe caktimin e nj\u00eb nd\u00ebshkimi.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span>Ky projektligj, ashtu si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb shkruar, nd\u00ebrhyn n\u00eb paqart\u00ebsi t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb shkaktojn\u00eb konfuzion dhe kaos t\u00eb mundsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr v\u00ebzhguesit e zgjedhjeve, zyrtar\u00ebt e zgjedhjeve dhe votuesit, duke urdh\u00ebruar q\u00eb ligji &quot;duhet t&#039;u ofroj\u00eb v\u00ebzhguesve t\u00eb zgjedhjeve akses uniform dhe jodiskriminues n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha fazat e procesit zgjedhor&quot;. N\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, ky projektligj nuk ofron asnj\u00eb vler\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin ose sqarimin e rolit t\u00eb v\u00ebzhguesit t\u00eb zgjedhjeve.<\/span>\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<span><strong>Projektligji 595 i Kuvendit - Kund\u00ebrshtoni<\/strong><\/span>\r\n\r\n<span>Lidhur me: pajtueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb me Aktin Federal \u201cNdihmoni Amerik\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb Votuar\u201d, marr\u00ebveshjet p\u00ebr ndarjen e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb regjistrimit t\u00eb votuesve, heqjen e votuesve t\u00eb pap\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm nga lista zyrtare e regjistrimit t\u00eb votuesve dhe tarifat p\u00ebr marrjen e list\u00ebs zyrtare t\u00eb regjistrimit t\u00eb votuesve.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span>Ne kemi shqet\u00ebsime t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb lidhje me t\u00eb gjitha ato q\u00eb p\u00ebrmbahen n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb paket\u00eb t\u00eb vetme projektligjesh dhe se si secili seksion do t\u00eb zbatohet p\u00ebr Komisionin Zgjedhor t\u00eb Wisconsin-it, n\u00ebpun\u00ebsit dhe votuesit n\u00eb jet\u00ebn reale. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, ka shqet\u00ebsime n\u00eb lidhje me afatin kohor p\u00ebr zbatimin e k\u00ebrkesave kryesore t\u00eb baz\u00ebs s\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave p\u00ebr ndarjen e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave dhe fusha t\u00eb pasigurta n\u00eb lidhje me m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si do t\u00eb ruhet privat\u00ebsia dhe konfidencialiteti i votuesve. Projektligji, i ndryshuar, merr n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb madh\u00ebsin\u00eb e popullsis\u00eb votuese t\u00eb nj\u00eb komune dhe numrin e or\u00ebve t\u00eb votimit n\u00eb munges\u00eb me pjes\u00ebmarrje fizike t\u00eb detyrueshme. Legjislacioni gjithashtu p\u00ebrfshin fonde p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur pun\u00ebn shtes\u00eb dhe koh\u00ebn e stafit t\u00eb nevojshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb ofruar mund\u00ebsi votimi n\u00eb munges\u00eb me pjes\u00ebmarrje fizike.
