Omar leads the Policy and Litigation department bringing together a dynamic team of policy strategists, legislative advocates, and litigators to take on some of the toughest challenges facing our democracy. Their work spans Common Cause’s four pillars: voting and fair representation, anti-corruption and accountability, media and technology, and civil rights and civil liberties.
