We need to be ready to push back every time \u2013 with even more voices, more pressure, and more people power.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<b>Last week could have been the beginning of the end for free speech in America.<\/b>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instead, it serves as a powerful testament that we\u2019re not going to give up our democracy without a struggle \u2013 and when we act together, we win.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is a big win for Common Cause and for everyone who cares about free speech \u2013 and it's only possible because we were able to quickly swing into action.
