Ang Capital Region Council of Governments (CapCOG) – isang konseho ng mga pamahalaan na kumakatawan sa 40 Boroughs, Cities at Townships na nakapalibot sa Harrisburg – ay nagpasa ng isang resolusyon na humihiling ng pagbabago sa konstitusyon upang wakasan ang partisan gerrymandering.
