Le plan de red\u00e9coupage \u00e9lectoral du Texas n\u2019est PAS une r\u00e9ponse proportionn\u00e9e aux autres \u00c9tats.<\/span><\/h3>\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le Texas a commenc\u00e9 cette bataille de red\u00e9coupage du milieu de la d\u00e9cennie en s&#039;effor\u00e7ant de redessiner agressivement sa carte <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.commoncause.org\/texas\/fr\/travail\/le-redecoupage-electoral-du-texas-met-fin-a-la-prise-de-pouvoir-dabbott-trump\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ajouter <\/span><b>jusqu&#039;\u00e0 cinq nouveaux si\u00e8ges r\u00e9publicains<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> avant les \u00e9lections de mi-mandat de 2026<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u00e0 la demande de Trump.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. Le processus de red\u00e9coupage \u00e9lectoral du Texas n\u2019a PAS inclus de participation publique significative.<\/span><\/h3>\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le plan texan a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 rapidement, lors d&#039;une session l\u00e9gislative extraordinaire. Trois audiences en personne \u00e9taient pr\u00e9vues, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.democracydocket.com\/news-alerts\/texas-gop-rushing-through-redistricting-scheme\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les l\u00e9gislateurs du Texas ont tard\u00e9 \u00e0 publier les nouvelles cartes en question, ce qui a rendu difficile pour les Texans d\u2019exprimer leurs inqui\u00e9tudes.<\/span><\/a>\r\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. Le plan de red\u00e9coupage \u00e9lectoral du Texas n\u2019est PAS racialement \u00e9quitable.<\/span><\/h3>\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.commoncause.org\/texas\/fr\/travail\/le-redecoupage-electoral-du-texas-met-fin-a-la-prise-de-pouvoir-dabbott-trump\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La carte du Texas dilue le pouvoir de vote des \u00e9lecteurs de couleur<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, divisant les quartiers historiquement noirs et latinos de Houston et de Dallas et r\u00e9duisant le nombre de districts \u00e0 majorit\u00e9 minoritaire dans tout l&#039;\u00c9tat.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4. Les dirigeants du Texas n\u2019ont PAS approuv\u00e9 le red\u00e9coupage \u00e9lectoral ind\u00e9pendant.<\/span><\/h3>\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les cartes du Texas sont dessin\u00e9es et adopt\u00e9es par le parti au pouvoir, et les dirigeants du Texas n&#039;ont pas appel\u00e9 \u00e0 faire \u00e9voluer l&#039;\u00c9tat vers le recours \u00e0 des comit\u00e9s de red\u00e9coupage ind\u00e9pendants.<\/span>\r\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6. Le plan de red\u00e9coupage \u00e9lectoral du Texas n\u2019est PAS limit\u00e9 dans le temps.<\/span><\/h3>\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/legiscan.com\/TX\/text\/HB4\/id\/3266202\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le projet de loi de red\u00e9coupage, HB n\u00b0 4, stipule que les nouvelles cartes entreront en vigueur en 2026, mais n&#039;indique pas explicitement quand elles expireront.<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> En 2003, le Texas a redessin\u00e9 ses cartes au milieu de la d\u00e9cennie et est finalement revenu \u00e0 un red\u00e9coupage d\u00e9cennal, mais rien ne garantit qu&#039;il le fera \u00e0 nouveau.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<strong>C&#039;est un 0\/6.
