La primera es mediante una votaci\u00f3n de dos tercios tanto de la C\u00e1mara de Representantes como del Senado de los Estados Unidos. La segunda es mediante una nueva convenci\u00f3n constitucional, que el Congreso est\u00e1 obligado a convocar si dos tercios de las legislaturas estatales (34 estados) lo solicitan.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00daltimamente, donantes adinerados, corporaciones y actores radicales de extrema derecha han estado impulsando llamados a una Convenci\u00f3n del Art\u00edculo V en todo el pa\u00eds.
