That’s why I’m calling on Congress to overturn the Supreme Court’s disastrous Citizens United decision — and also pass the Freedom to Vote Act and the DISCLOSE Act — to fight back against our country’s Big Money problem.

We urge states across the country to join the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact – and stop letting candidates who lose the popular vote win the presidency.

The Senate must quickly move forward with an Up-or-Down Vote on President Biden’s nominees to the USPS Board of Governors, Val Demings and Marty Walsh.

This is a crucial step towards holding Postmaster General Louis DeJoy accountable and saving our USPS.

Right now, we’re facing a renewed wave of anti-voter efforts from President Trump, his friends in Congress, and states lawmakers across the country. But let’s not dwell on these attacks – let’s fight for the solution: the John R. Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act. This recently reintroduced legislation would help protect voters nationwide from discrimination and voting restrictions by restoring and strengthening protections from the Voting Rights Act, which the Supreme Court gutted in 2013....

President Trump’s Attorney General Pam Bondi removed the leadership team of the Voting Section of the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division and ordered the dismissal of all the section’s active cases. The Voting Section enforces the federal laws protecting the right to vote, including the Voting Rights Act, the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act, the National Voter Registration Act, the Help America Vote Act and the Civil Rights Acts.

Trump had his 100 days. Now it’s our turn.

President Trump and his allies have spent the past 100 days attacking our rights, undermining our democracy, and enriching the ultra-wealthy, while driving up the cost of living for working-class Americans. It’s a deliberate strategy to distract and divide us while they seize power and wealth.
