We the People will not allow unelected, unaccountable delegates to write their agenda into our Constitution. Our state lawmakers must reject any new Article V Convention calls and rescind any existing calls for a Convention.

Adding a citizenship question to the U.S. Census and excluding millions of U.S. residents from apportionment counts would discourage countless Americans, whether they’re citizens or not, from filling out the Census.

Getting Census counts right is critical to making sure our government works for everyone. Congress must REJECT this dangerous legislation and help protect fair and accurate Census counts.

Automatic Voter Registration (AVR) would help ensure that every eligible American has a voice in our democracy, save states money, and make voting rolls more accurate and secure. That’s why AVR should be enacted in each and every state to modernize our outdated voter registration system.

The Judicial Conference’s weakened disclosure rules are unacceptable and will make it easier for wealthy donors to secretly buy influence over the Supreme Court – at the expense of everyday Americans.

Congress must put a stop to this now by passing the Supreme Court Ethics, Recusal, and Transparency Act and creating the strongest possible Code of Conduct for our highest court.

Corporations, special interest groups, and some of the wealthiest people in the country are spending billions of dollars to influence our elected leaders – essentially using a megaphone to try to drown out the voices of everyday Americans.

That’s why I’m calling on Congress to overturn the Supreme Court’s disastrous Citizens United decision – and also pass the Freedom to Vote Act and the DISCLOSE Act – to fight back against our country’s Big Money problem.

Trump’s executive order attempting to end birthright citizenship would endanger millions of people born in this country and permanently reshape what it means to be an American.

Attacks on PBS and NPR are attempts to silence independent media. We must protect free, fact-based journalism and ensure access to trusted programming for all Americans.
