2008\u5e74\uff0c\u5171\u670919\u4eba\u5728\u6574\u4e2a\u53f8\u6cd5\u7cfb\u7edf\u62c5\u4efb\u6cbb\u5b89\u6cd5\u5b98\uff1a\u9ad8\u7b49\u6cd5\u96625\u4eba\uff0c\u5730\u533a\u6cd5\u96622\u4eba\uff0c\u5bb6\u5ead\u6cd5\u96629\u4eba\uff0c\u4ea4\u901a\u6cd5\u5ead3\u4eba\u3002\u6cbb\u5b89\u6cd5\u5b98\u7684\u4efb\u547d\u89c4\u5219\u5982\u4e0b\uff0c\u4f46\u6bcf\u5e74\u90fd\u4f1a\u6709\u4fee\u8ba2\uff1a\r\n<ul>\r\n href=\"http:\/\/www.rilin.state.ri.us\/Statutes\/TITLE8\/8-8\/8-8-8.1.HTM\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">8-8-8.12<\/a><\/li>\r\n \t<li>\u5730\u65b9\u6cd5\u9662\u4e66\u8bb0\u5458\uff1a\u00a7\u00a7\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.rilin.state.ri.us\/Statutes\/TITLE8\/8-8\/8-8-16.1.HTM\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">8-8-16.1<\/a>\u00a0&amp;\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.rilin.state.ri.us\/Statutes\/TITLE8\/8-8\/8-8-16.2.HTM\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">8-8-16.2<\/a><\/li>\r\n \t<li>\u5bb6\u5ead\u6cd5\u9662\u6cd5\u5b98\uff1a\u00a7\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.rilin.state.ri.us\/Statutes\/TITLE8\/8-10\/8-10-3.1.HTM\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">8-10-3.1<\/a><\/li>\r\n \t<li>\u5bb6\u5ead\u6cd5\u9662\u666e\u901a\u6cd5\u5b98\uff1a\u00a7\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.rilin.state.ri.us\/Statutes\/TITLE8\/8-10\/8-10-3.2.HTM\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">8-8-2.1<\/a><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n2007\u5e74\uff0c\u5927\u4f1a\u9881\u5e03\u4e86\u89c4\u8303\u6cd5\u5b98\u4efb\u547d\u7684\u6cd5\u89c4\uff0c\u5185\u5bb9\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>\u6240\u6709\u6cbb\u5b89\u6cd5\u5b98\u5747\u7531\u5176\u6240\u5728\u6cd5\u9662\u7684\u9996\u5e2d\u6cd5\u5b98\u6216\u4e3b\u5ba1\u6cd5\u5b98\u4efb\u547d\uff0c\u4ea4\u901a\u6cd5\u5ead\u9664\u5916\uff0c\u8be5\u6cd5\u5ead\u65b0\u8bbe\u7acb\u4e86\u9996\u5e2d\u6cbb\u5b89\u6cd5\u5b98\u3002\u6cd5\u5ead\u6cbb\u5b89\u6cd5\u5b98\u7684\u4efb\u547d\u5c06\u7531\u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u9662\u9996\u5e2d\u5927\u6cd5\u5b98\u505a\u51fa\u3002<\/li>\r\n
