Kiyana Asemanfar is the Program Manager for California Common Cause and is based in Los Angeles. Kiyana works on policy advocacy and implementation at Common Cause. Her work is focused on voting and elections issues as well as independent redistricting. Kiyana has led Common Cause’s Election Protection program since 2018.
Before joining Common Cause, Kiyana worked as a field and political organizer in the 2016 presidential election in several states including Iowa, Nevada, and California. Kiyana is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Political Science and a B.S. in Business Administration.
