When a voter casts a mail-in ballot, they may make a mistake like forgetting to sign the outer envelope or forgetting to put their ballot in the secrecy envelope. When that happens, counties can notify the voter of the mistake and allow them to fix or \"cure\" it.\r\n\r\nThe problem? Not all Pennsylvania counties will notify voters of their mistakes, and not all counties will allow voters to cure those mistakes even if they do provide notice.
