A Suprema Corte da Pensilv\u00e2nia assumiu jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o caso e exigiu que o juiz McCullough do Tribunal da Comunidade emitisse um relat\u00f3rio at\u00e9 7 de fevereiro de 2022.
