Limite seu depoimento a uma \u00fanica quest\u00e3o e mantenha-o dentro do limite de tempo para depoimento oral ou de uma a duas p\u00e1ginas para depoimento escrito.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Torne isso pessoal. Explique ao comit\u00ea por que voc\u00ea est\u00e1 se manifestando sobre esta quest\u00e3o. Voc\u00ea \u00e9 um especialista nesta \u00e1rea? Um membro da comunidade diretamente impactado por esta quest\u00e3o? Explique como a quest\u00e3o afeta voc\u00ea, sua fam\u00edlia, sua comunidade, seu neg\u00f3cio, etc.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sugira maneiras positivas de abordar o problema<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>IMPORTANTE: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pratique, pratique, pratique! Voc\u00ea n\u00e3o precisa decorar todo o seu depoimento, mas precisa conhec\u00ea-lo bem o suficiente para poder olhar para os membros da banca enquanto fala. Pense em &quot;entrevista de emprego em um banco&quot;. N\u00e3o repita o que outros oradores disseram; se outros j\u00e1 apresentaram os pontos que voc\u00ea deseja, reconhe\u00e7a isso e incentive a comiss\u00e3o a tomar as medidas cab\u00edveis.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3><b>Use t\u00edtulos formais e seja respeitoso.<\/b><\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dirija-se ao chefe do comit\u00ea (Sr. ou Sra.
