400;\">\u7814\u7a76\u7b80\u62a5\uff1a\u521d\u9009\u9009\u6c11\u9009\u51fa\u56fd\u4f1a\u5927\u591a\u6570\u8bae\u5458\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u4e0e\u5927\u591a\u6570\u7f8e\u56fd\u4eba\u4e0d\u540c\u3002.<\/span><\/i><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7f8e\u56fd\u8054\u5408\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u00a0<\/span>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4eca\u5e74\u4fc4\u4ea5\u4fc4\u5dde15\u4e2a\u7f8e\u56fd\u4f17\u8bae\u9662\u5e2d\u4f4d\u4e2d\u53ea\u6709\u4e24\u4e2a\u88ab\u8ba4\u4e3a\u662f\u771f\u6b63\u6709\u7ade\u4e89\u529b\u7684\u2014\u2014\u6216\u8005\u8bf413%\uff08<\/span><a 400;\">\u5168\u56fd\u8303\u56f4\u5185\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u4f17\u8bae\u9662\u5e2d\u4f4d\u4e2d\uff0c\u6709 8.7% \u4e2a\u5e2d\u4f4d\u88ab\u8ba4\u4e3a\u662f\u7ade\u4e89\u6fc0\u70c8\u7684\u2014\u2014\u5171 38 \u4e2a\u5e2d\u4f4d\uff0825 \u5e74\u524d\u4e3a 80 \u4e2a\u5e2d\u4f4d\uff0c\u518d\u5f80\u524d 10 \u5e74\u4e3a 140 \u4e2a\u5e2d\u4f4d\uff09\u3002<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u53ea\u6709 23% \u7684\u4fc4\u4ea5\u4fc4\u5dde\u5c45\u6c11\u5c45\u4f4f\u5728\u7ade\u4e89\u6fc0\u70c8\u7684\u4fc4\u4ea5\u4fc4\u5dde\u4f17\u8bae\u9662\u9009\u533a\uff08<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.brennancenter.org\/our-work\/research-reports\/ohios-gerrymandered-state-house-districts-lack-electoral-competition\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5e03\u4f26\u5357<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, 2024)<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<b>\u5e03\u83b1\u8f9b\u53c2\u8bae\u5458\u7684\u63d0\u6848\uff1a\u00a0<\/b>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.legislature.ohio.gov\/legislation\/136\/sb382\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 500\u4e2a\u56fd\u4f1a\u9009\u533a\u4e00\u534a\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u7b7e\u540d\uff09\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u4e3a\u4e86\u4fdd\u63014\u5e74\u7684\u5730\u4f4d\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u5dde\u957f\u6216\u603b\u7edf\u5019\u9009\u4eba\u5fc5\u987b\u83b7\u5f97\u81f3\u5c113%\u7684\u9009\u7968\u3002\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<a
