400;\">\u4fc4\u4ea5\u4fc4\u5dde\u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u9662\u9a73\u56de\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e24\u8d77\u8bc9\u8bbc\uff0c\u5e76\u7ef4\u6301\u4e862022\u5e743\u67082\u65e5\u5236\u5b9a\u7684\u56fd\u4f1a\u9009\u533a\u5206\u5e03\u56fe\u4ee5\u4f9b\u4e0b\u6b21\u9009\u4e3e\u4f7f\u7528\u3002 <\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>2022 \u5e74 10 \u6708 14 \u65e5\uff1a <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4e0d\u662f\u7ed8\u5236\u65b0\u7684\u5408\u89c4\u5730\u56fe\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u63d0\u8d77\u8bc9\u8bbc <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scotusblog.com\/case-files\/cases\/huffman-v-neiman\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u970d\u592b\u66fc\u8bc9\u5c3c\u66fc <\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u63d0\u8d77\u8bc9\u8bbc\uff0c\u6566\u4fc3\u7f8e\u56fd\u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u9662\u4ecb\u5165\uff0c\u7406\u7531\u662f\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u7f8e\u56fd\u5baa\u6cd5\u7684\u9009\u4e3e\u6761\u6b3e\u6388\u6743\u5dde\u7acb\u6cd5\u673a\u6784\u5236\u5b9a\u56fd\u4f1a\u9009\u4e3e\u89c4\u5219\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u7981\u6b62\u4fc4\u4ea5\u4fc4\u5dde\u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u9662\u5728\u5ba1\u67e5\u4fc4\u4ea5\u4fc4\u5dde\u7acb\u6cd5\u673a\u6784\u7684\u56fd\u4f1a\u8ba1\u5212\u65f6\u6267\u884c\u4fc4\u4ea5\u4fc4\u5dde\u5baa\u6cd5\u3002\u00a0 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u54c8\u592b\u66fc\u8bc9\u5c3c\u66fc <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4e8e2023\u5e746\u670820\u65e5\u88ab\u9001\u56de\u4fc4\u4ea5\u4fc4\u5dde\u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u9662\u3002<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>2022 \u5e74 7 \u6708 19 \u65e5\uff1a<\/strong>\u00a0 \u4fc4\u4ea5\u4fc4\u5dde\u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u9662\u7684\u4e24\u515a\u591a\u6570 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.supremecourt.ohio.gov\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/0\/2022\/2022-ohio-2471.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u88ab\u51fb\u5012<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u8fd9 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.commoncause.org\/ohio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2022\/05\/32-Congressional.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span \u65e5\u521d\u9009\u65f6\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u90a3\u4e2a\u3002 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c\u6211\u4eec\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c3 \u6708 2 \u65e5\u7684\u8ba1\u5212\u8fc7\u5ea6\u504f\u5411\u5171\u548c\u515a\uff0c\u4e0d\u5229\u4e8e\u6c11\u4e3b\u515a\uff0c\u8fdd\u53cd\u4e86\u7b2c\u5341\u4e5d\u6761\u7b2c 1(C)(3)(a) \u6b3e\u3002\u201d<\/span><\/i>\r\n\r\n<strong>2022 \u5e74\u8bc9\u8bbc\uff1a <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u9488\u5bf9\u8fd9\u5f20\u5730\u56fe\u63d0\u8d77\u4e86\u4e24\u8d77\u8bc9\u8bbc\uff1a\u00a0<\/span>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: rel=\"noopener\">\u63d0\u8d77\u8bc9\u8bbc<\/a> \u4e8e 2022 \u5e74 3 \u6708 22 \u65e5\u4ee3\u8868 LWVO \u8bf7\u6c42\u6cd5\u9662\u547d\u4ee4\u5927\u4f1a\u6216\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u53ca\u65f6\u4e3a 2024 \u5e74\u9009\u4e3e\u4fee\u590d 2022 \u5e74 3 \u6708 2 \u65e5\u7684\u5730\u56fe\uff0c\u5e76\u53d1\u5e03\u4e3e\u884c 2024 \u5e74\u56fd\u4f1a\u9009\u4e3e\u7684 PI\u3002\u00a0<\/span>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6295\u7968\u6743\u5229\u56e2\u4f53\u4ecd\u7136\u58f0\u79f0\u7b2c 1 \u533a\u548c\u7b2c 15 \u65e5\u63d0\u51fa\u4e0a\u8bc9\uff0c\u5bfb\u6c42\u5728 2022 \u5e74\u9009\u4e3e\u524d\u83b7\u5f97\u6551\u6d4e\u3002\u7533\u8bc9\u8981\u6c42\u6cd5\u9662\u53d1\u5e03\u521d\u9009\u548c\u6cd5\u9662\u4e0b\u4ee4\u9009\u62e9\u7684\u5730\u56fe\u7684 PI\u3002\u53e6\u4e00\u9879\u6551\u6d4e\u8bf7\u6c42\u8981\u6c42\u6cd5\u9662\u547d\u4ee4\u5927\u4f1a\u6216\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u6839\u636e\u6cd5\u9662 2022 \u5e74 1 \u6708 14
