Voters only affiliate with a political party when they select its ballot during a primary election. That means voters may choose which ballot they want on election day.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Early vote is underway at county Boards of Elections for the March 19 Election (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ohiosos.gov\/elections\/voters\/toolkit\/early-voting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">see schedule of hours<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here are some important dates:<\/span>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">March 12: Last day to <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ohiosos.gov\/elections\/voters\/how-to-request-your-absentee-ballot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">request an absentee ballot<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (but don\u2019t wait!)<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">March 18: Deadline to postmark absentee ballot.
