Vier sets kaarten zijn door het Hooggerechtshof van Ohio verworpen.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<b>Eerst: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aangenomen op 16-09-2021; aangevochten op 23-09-2021; afgewezen op 14-01-2022<\/span>\r\n\r\n<b>Seconde: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aangenomen op 22-01-2022; aangevochten op 25-01-2022; afgewezen op 07-02-2022<\/span>\r\n\r\n<b>Derde: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aangenomen op 24-02-2022; Aangevochten op 28-02-2022; Verworpen op 16-03-2022<\/span>\r\n\r\n<b>Vierde: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aangenomen op 28-03-2022; aangevochten op 01-04-2022; afgewezen op 14-04-2022<\/span>\r\n\r\n<b>Vijfde: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aangenomen op 5\/5\/2022; Aangevochten op 5\/6\/2022; Wachtend\u2026<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">De 4e set kaarten was <\/span><b>bijna<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> identiek aan de 3e set. De 5e set is <\/span><b>precies<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> identiek aan de 3e set. Probleem van <\/span><b>asymmetrie<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8567\" src=\"https:\/\/www.commoncause.org\/ohio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2022\/05\/22422-GA-Maps.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1604\" height=\"988\" \/>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">De Ohio Redistricting Commission negeerde openlijk het bevel van het Hooggerechtshof van Ohio om v\u00f3\u00f3r 6 mei een nieuwe kaart te tekenen.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Weigerde het voltooide werk van de onafhankelijke kartografen in overweging te nemen.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Opnieuw ingediende kaarten die al door de rechtbank zijn afgewezen.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Gebruikte het excuus dat BOE&#039;s de 2\/24-kaarten al aan het programmeren waren: succesvolle strategie om de tijd te rekken.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In de tussentijd\u2026<\/span>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Het federale panel stelde een deadline van 28 mei vast voor de nieuwe GA-kaarten, maar zei dat als de ORC faalt, de rechtbank de 24-kaarten zal aannemen (wat de ORC sowieso wil).<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Nieuwe verachtingaanvragen van OOC &amp; NDRC op 5\/10 en LWV op 5\/11<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Er is onduidelijkheid over hoe lang de kaarten beschikbaar blijven.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8568\" src=\"https:\/\/www.commoncause.org\/ohio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2022\/05\/Sweeney.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1582\" height=\"1000\" \/>\r\n\r\n<b>Ohio&#039;s Congreskaart in afwachting van rechtszaken<\/b>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We hebben gestemd met behulp van de 2e congreskaart in de voorverkiezingen van 3 mei, ook al lopen er nog twee rechtszaken en kan de 3\/2-kaart nog steeds ongrondwettelijk worden verklaard. Elk heel verschillend:\u00a0<\/span>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">De ACLU van Ohio <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.commoncause.org\/ohio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2022\/04\/LWV-Congress-2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">een rechtszaak aangespannen<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> op 3\/22 namens LWVO. Ze vragen de rechtbank om de Algemene Vergadering, of Commissie, te bevelen de kaart van 3\/2\/2022 op tijd voor de verkiezingen van 2024 te repareren. De rechtszaak identificeert districten die duidelijk in overtreding zijn en roept het Hooggerechtshof op om de kaartmakers te bevelen deze districten (CD 1 &amp; 15) te repareren.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">De Elias Law Group heeft een verzoekschrift ingediend <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.commoncause.org\/ohio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2022\/04\/NRAF-2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">aparte rechtszaak<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> op 3\/21, op zoek naar verlichting op tijd voor de verkiezingen van 2022. De klacht vraagt de rechtbank om een voorlopige voorziening uit te vaardigen voor de voorverkiezingen en de door de rechtbank bevolen gekozen kaart. Een alternatief verzoek om verlichting vraagt de rechtbank om de Algemene Vergadering of Commissie te bevelen een kaart te tekenen in overeenstemming met de opdracht van de rechtbank van 1\/14\/22.
