Il s&#039;agit d&#039;une orientation dangereuse et inutile pour l&#039;Ohio et <strong>menace majeure pour notre d\u00e9mocratie<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Un groupe marginal d\u2019id\u00e9ologues de droite fait pression pour r\u00e9\u00e9crire fondamentalement la Constitution des \u00c9tats-Unis. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legislature.ohio.gov\/legislation\/135\/hjr3\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>R\u00e9solution conjointe n\u00b0 3 de la Chambre<\/strong><\/a><strong> appelle \u00e0 une convention de l\u2019article V, et <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.legislature.ohio.gov\/legislation\/135\/hb607#\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Projet de loi 607<\/strong><\/a><strong> cr\u00e9erait un processus l\u00e9gislatif pour nommer les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s au congr\u00e8s. <\/strong><\/p><p>Si une Convention \u00e9tait convoqu\u00e9e, des d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s non \u00e9lus et irresponsables auraient le pouvoir de r\u00e9\u00e9crire notre Constitution sans aucun contr\u00f4le ni contrepoids.
