M\u00e4rz.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Es wurden zwei verschiedene Einw\u00e4nde eingereicht, die jeweils unterschiedliche Abhilfema\u00dfnahmen vorsahen: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.commoncause.org\/ohio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2022\/03\/Adams.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Adams <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">et al<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">; <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.commoncause.org\/ohio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2022\/03\/LWV2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">LWV <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">et al<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li>Am Freitag, dem 11.3., reichten beide Antragsteller abge\u00e4nderte Beschwerden ein, um auch die Ohio Redistricting Commission einzubeziehen (ihre ersten Beschwerden richteten sich gegen die Generalversammlung, da dieses Gremium die erste Kongresskarte erstellte).<\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Die Kommissare haben bis Dienstag, den 15.3., Zeit zu antworten, anschlie\u00dfend folgt eine Entscheidung des Gerichts.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<b>Ohios Vorwahl<\/b>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Minister LaRose ordnete an, dass die BOEs Stimmzettel auf Grundlage der Karten erstellen sollen, die noch immer vor Gericht angefochten werden. Er wirbt auch daf\u00fcr, dass \u201e<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ohiosos.gov\/elections\/voters\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Meinen Bezirk finden<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201c-Tool \u2013 wenn die Bezirke noch nicht festgelegt sind.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In ihrem Bem\u00fchen, die manipulierten Wahlkreiszuordnungen durchzudr\u00fccken, weigert sich die Republikanische Partei auf jeden Fall, die Vorwahlen zu verschieben.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Am sp\u00e4ten Mittwochabend (3.9.) gelang es ihnen durch parlamentarische Man\u00f6ver, die Frist f\u00fcr die Stimmzettelr\u00fccksendung an im Ausland stationierte Soldaten zu verl\u00e4ngern. Dennoch verk\u00fcrzt diese \u201eL\u00f6sung\u201c die Frist f\u00fcr die Beantragung, den Erhalt und die R\u00fccksendung der Stimmzettel f\u00fcr im Ausland stationierte Soldaten um 16 Tage.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">BOE-Funktion\u00e4re, Kandidaten, Milit\u00e4rangeh\u00f6rige und ALLE W\u00e4hler Ohios kommen durch die Weigerung, die Vorwahlen auf einen sp\u00e4teren Zeitpunkt zu verschieben, zu kurz. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/actionnetwork.org\/letters\/tell-your-ohio-legislators-to-move-the-primary\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">WERDEN SIE AKTIV!<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<b>Andere<\/b>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Die Anh\u00f6rung der Ohio Redistricting Commissioners wegen Missachtung des Gerichts wurde verschoben. Ein neuer Termin steht noch nicht fest.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Der<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/s3.documentcloud.org\/documents\/21255134\/gonidakis-lawsuit.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Klage<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Der Antrag, die Wiedereinsetzung aufgehobener Wahlkreiskarten durch ein Bundesgericht zu erzwingen, ist noch immer ausgesetzt. Bei der Anh\u00f6rung am 14.3. entschied der Vorsitzende Richter Algenon L.
