Householder/House Bill 6/Utility Update
- The Public Utilities Commission found FirstEnergy violated Ohio law, PUCO regulations, and PUCO orders. The Commission ordered FirstEnergy to pay a combined $250.70 million in restitution to customers and civil forfeitures.
