\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u4e00\u9879\u8c03\u67e5\uff0c\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u662f\u4e00\u5bb6\u6c11\u8c03\u673a\u6784\uff0c\u4e3a\u4f17\u591a\u5171\u548c\u515a\u653f\u5ba2\u4ee5\u53ca\u975e\u653f\u6cbb\u5b9e\u4f53\u63d0\u4f9b\u7814\u7a76\u670d\u52a1\u3002\u6b64\u6b21\u6c11\u8c03\u7531\u65e0\u515a\u6d3e\u6295\u7968\u6743\u7ec4\u7ec7\u201c\u5317\u5361\u7f57\u6765\u7eb3\u5dde\u5171\u540c\u4e8b\u4e1a\u201d\uff08Common Cause North Carolina\uff09\u59d4\u6258\u8fdb\u884c\u3002\u201c\u5f88\u660e\u663e\uff0c\u5317\u5361\u7f57\u6765\u7eb3\u5dde\u7684\u9009\u6c11\u5e0c\u671b\u6cd5\u9662\u516c\u6b63\u72ec\u7acb\uff0c\u5c06\u4ed6\u4eec\u53d7\u5baa\u6cd5\u4fdd\u62a4\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u7f6e\u4e8e\u515a\u6d3e\u653f\u6cbb\u4e4b\u4e0a\uff0c\u201d \u5176\u4e2d\u56db\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u7684\u9009\u6c11\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u7ecf\u5e38\u601d\u8003\u5dde\u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u9662\u53ca\u5176\u5bf9\u81ea\u8eab\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u4f46\u9009\u6c11\u5bf9\u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u9662\u7684\u770b\u6cd5\u8912\u8d2c\u4e0d\u4e00\u3002\u6301\u8d1f\u9762\u610f\u89c1\u7684\u9009\u6c11\u4eba\u6570\u4e3a381\u4eba\uff0c\u6301\u6b63\u9762\u610f\u89c1\u7684\u9009\u6c11\u4eba\u6570\u4e3a321\u4eba\uff0c\u51c0\u8d1f\u9762\u610f\u89c1\u4e3a61\u4eba\u3002\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u6709291\u4eba\u8868\u793a\u4e0d\u786e\u5b9a\u81ea\u5df1\u5bf9\u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u9662\u7684\u770b\u6cd5\u3002\u81ea2022\u5e74\u5927\u9009\u540e\u5171\u548c\u515a\u8d62\u5f97\u591a\u6570\u5e2d\u4f4d\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u4ee5\u9996\u5e2d\u5927\u6cd5\u5b98\u4fdd\u7f57\u00b7\u7ebd\u6bd4\u4e3a\u9996\u7684\u5317\u5361\u7f57\u6765\u7eb3\u5dde\u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u9662\u5171\u548c\u515a\u4eba\u505a\u51fa\u4e86\u4e00\u4e9b\u9887\u5177\u4e89\u8bae\u7684\u88c1\u51b3\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u9879\u88c1\u51b3\u662f2023\u5e74\u7684\u4e00\u9879\u88c1\u51b3\uff0c\u5171\u548c\u515a\u591a\u6570\u6d3e\u65e0\u89c6\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5148\u4f8b\uff0c\u58f0\u79f0\u5317\u5361\u7f57\u6765\u7eb3\u5dde\u9009\u6c11\u4e0d\u80fd\u4ee5\u515a\u6d3e\u5212\u5206\u9009\u533a\u4e3a\u7531\u5728\u6cd5\u5ead\u4e0a\u6311\u6218\u9009\u533a\u5212\u5206\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c, \u5317\u5361\u7f57\u6765\u7eb3\u5dde76%\u7684\u9009\u6c11\u4e0d\u540c\u610f\u7ebd\u6bd4\u6cd5\u5b98\u9886\u5bfc\u7684\u6cd5\u9662\u5bf9\u6b64\u6848\u7684\u88c1\u51b3\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u8ba4\u4e3a\u515a\u6d3e\u5212\u5206\u9009\u533a\u5e94\u8be5\u88ab\u7981\u6b62\u3002<\/b> \u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec79%\u7684\u6c11\u4e3b\u515a\u9009\u6c11\u300166%\u7684\u5171\u548c\u515a\u9009\u6c11\u548c82%\u7684\u65e0\u515a\u6d3e\u9009\u6c11\u3002\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c, \u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u4e24\u515a\u5728\u8fd9\u4e00\u95ee\u9898\u4e0a\u4e5f\u8fbe\u6210\u4e86\u9ad8\u5ea6\u5171\u8bc6\uff0c93% \u7684\u6c11\u4e3b\u515a\u4eba\u300166% \u7684\u5171\u548c\u515a\u4eba\u548c
