\u5e74\u63d0\u4ea4\u5168\u5dde\u9009\u6c11\u6295\u7968\u3002\u5982\u679c\u6700\u7ec8\u83b7\u5f97\u9009\u6c11\u6279\u51c6\uff0c\u5c06\u6210\u7acb\u516c\u6c11\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u76d1\u7763\u5317\u5361\u7f57\u6765\u7eb3\u5dde\u7684\u9009\u533a\u5212\u5206\u8fc7\u7a0b\u3002\u516c\u6c11\u9009\u533a\u5212\u5206\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u5c06\u62e5\u6709\u76f8\u540c\u6570\u91cf\u7684\u5171\u548c\u515a\u4eba\u3001\u6c11\u4e3b\u515a\u4eba\u548c\u65e0\u515a\u6d3e\u9009\u6c11\u3002\u516c\u5e73\u5730\u56fe\u6cd5\u6848\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u63d0\u6848\u4eba\u5305\u62ec\u4f17\u8bae\u5458\u666e\u83b1\u65af\u00b7\u54c8\u91cc\u68ee (D-Guilford)\u3001\u4f17\u8bae\u5458\u739b\u897f\u5a05\u00b7\u83ab\u96f7 (D-Durham)\u3001\u4f17\u8bae\u5458\u624e\u514b\u00b7\u970d\u91d1\u65af (D-Durham) \u548c\u4f17\u8bae\u5458\u6797\u8d5b\u00b7\u666e\u62c9\u745f (D-Buncombe)\u3002\u5317\u5361\u7f57\u6765\u7eb3\u5dde\u5171\u540c\u4e8b\u4e1a\u7ec4\u7ec7\u6267\u884c\u8463\u4e8b\u9c8d\u52c3\u00b7\u83f2\u5229\u666e\u65af\u8d5e\u626c\u8be5\u6cd5\u6848\u7684\u63d0\u6848\u8005\u63d0\u51fa\u300a\u516c\u5e73\u5730\u56fe\u6cd5\u6848\u300b\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u63d0\u4f9b\u6301\u4e45\u3001\u65e0\u515a\u6d3e\u7684\u6539\u9769\uff0c\u4ee5\u7ec8\u7ed3\u4e0d\u516c\u6b63\u7684\u9009\u533a\u5212\u5206\u3002\u201c\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u9009\u533a\u4e0d\u5c5e\u4e8e\u653f\u5ba2\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u9009\u533a\u5c5e\u4e8e\u4eba\u6c11\u3002\u5317\u5361\u7f57\u6765\u7eb3\u5dde\u5e94\u8be5\u4eab\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u516c\u5e73\u7684\u9009\u533a\u91cd\u65b0\u5212\u5206\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0c\u5c0a\u91cd\u9009\u6c11\u9009\u62e9\u4ee3\u8868\u7684\u81ea\u7531\uff0c\u4e0d\u53d7\u4e0d\u516c\u6b63\u5212\u5206\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u201d\u83f2\u5229\u666e\u65af\u8bf4\u3002\u201c\u6211\u4eec\u6566\u4fc3\u4e24\u515a\u6210\u5458\u5c06\u4eba\u6c11\u7f6e\u4e8e\u653f\u6cbb\u4e4b\u4e0a\uff0c\u5e76\u901a\u8fc7\u300a\u516c\u5e73\u5730\u56fe\u6cd5\u6848\u300b\u3002\u503c\u5f97\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0c2025 Moore)\u3001\u73b0\u4efb\u5317\u5361\u7f57\u6765\u7eb3\u5dde\u53c2\u8bae\u9662\u4e34\u65f6\u8bae\u957f\u83f2\u5c14\u00b7\u4f2f\u6770 (Phil Berger) \u4ee5\u53ca\u65b0\u4efb\u5317\u5361\u7f57\u6765\u7eb3\u5dde\u4f17\u8bae\u9662\u9009\u4e3e\u6cd5\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u4e3b\u5e2d\u8428\u62c9\u00b7\u53f2\u8482\u6587\u65af (Sarah Stevens) \u5728 2009-2010 \u5e74\u8bae\u4f1a\u4f1a\u8bae\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u5f53\u5171\u548c\u515a\u5904\u4e8e\u5c11\u6570\u6d3e\u5730\u4f4d\u65f6\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u5747\u8868\u793a\u652f\u6301\u3002\r\n\r\n<a \u5e74\u63d0\u4ea4\u5317\u5361\u7f57\u6765\u7eb3\u5dde\u5168\u5dde\u9009\u6c11\u6295\u7968\u3002\u5982\u679c\u83b7\u5f97\u9009\u6c11\u6279\u51c6\uff0c\u516c\u6c11\u9009\u533a\u91cd\u5212\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u5c06\u8d1f\u8d23\u6b64\u540e\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u7acb\u6cd5\u6216\u56fd\u4f1a\u9009\u533a\u91cd\u5212\u3002<\/li>\r\n \u540d\u65e2\u975e\u5171\u548c\u515a\u4eba\u4e5f\u975e\u6c11\u4e3b\u515a\u4eba\u7684\u6210\u5458\u3002\u8be5\u6cd5\u6848\u7981\u6b62\u6e38\u8bf4\u8005\u3001\u4e3b\u8981\u653f\u6cbb\u6350\u52a9\u8005\u6216\u7acb\u6cd5\u8005\u7684\u4eb2\u5c5e\u5728\u8be5\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u4efb\u804c\u3002<\/li>\r\n
