The Road to Fair Maps: Town Hall Tour
Join Common Cause North Carolina, Democracy NC, NC Black Alliance, and NC Counts at a town hall near you as we break down what happened during the October redistricting process, how mid-decade redistricting was pushed through by the legislature, and the role the NC Supreme Court played in allowing these discriminatory maps to move forward.
When politicians in Raleigh manipulate voting maps behind closed doors and ignore the voices of the communities most impacted, it’s up to the people to lead. This town hall series is about accountability, transparency, and creating a space where community members can speak honestly about the harm caused by gerrymandering in Northeastern North Carolina.
Join us to be heard, ask questions, share frustrations, learn together, and talk collectively about where we go from here in the fight for fair maps and a democracy that truly represents all of us.
