Dezember 2022,<\/strong> der Oberste Gerichtshof der Vereinigten Staaten h\u00f6rte m\u00fcndliche Argumente in <em>Moore gegen Harper<\/em>. Die republikanischen Abgeordneten von North Carolina versuchen, parteipolitisch die Macht zu ergreifen, nachdem der Oberste Gerichtshof von North Carolina ihre illegale Wahlkreismanipulation f\u00fcr ung\u00fcltig erkl\u00e4rt und eine von den Sonderbeauftragten des Gerichtshofs erstellte Karte angenommen hat. Die Abgeordneten von North Carolina argumentieren, dass ihnen ein radikales Rechtskonzept, die sogenannte \u201eTheorie der unabh\u00e4ngigen Staatslegislative\u201c, erlaubt, Kongresswahlkreise ohne Kontrolle durch Staatsgerichte zu manipulieren. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commoncause.org\/north-carolina\/de\/press-release\/moore-v-harper-filing\/\">Lesen Sie hier unsere Pressemitteilung.<\/a>\r\n\r\nAm 13. Dezember 2021 intervenierte Common Cause North Carolina, vertreten durch die Southern Coalition for Social Justice und Hogan Lovells, in den konsolidierten F\u00e4llen von <em>Harper gegen Hall<\/em> Und <em>League of Conservation Voters gegen Hall<\/em>. Konkret argumentierten wir, dass das Verfahren der gesetzgebenden K\u00f6rperschaft von North Carolina zur Erstellung der Wahlkarten f\u00fcr die gesetzgebenden K\u00f6rperschaften und den Kongress langj\u00e4hrige Pr\u00e4zedenzf\u00e4lle ignorierte und zu extremer parteiischer Wahlkreismanipulation f\u00fchrte, die gegen die Verfassung des Staates North Carolina verstie\u00df. Der Antrag auf Intervention bezog sich auf die Wahlkarten der gesetzgebenden K\u00f6rperschaft selbst und behauptete, dass die Gesetzgeber des Staates illegale parteiische Wahlkreismanipulationen mit verheerenden Folgen f\u00fcr schwarze W\u00e4hler und ihre M\u00f6glichkeit, die Kandidaten ihrer Wahl zu w\u00e4hlen, vorgenommen h\u00e4tten.\r\n\r\n<strong>Am 4. Februar 2022 stellte der Oberste Gerichtshof von North Carolina fest, dass es sich bei den von der Generalversammlung von North Carolina erstellten Karten f\u00fcr das Repr\u00e4sentantenhaus, den Senat und den Kongress um verfassungswidrige parteiische Wahlkreismanipulationen handelte, die gegen das Recht von North Carolina verstie\u00dfen.<\/strong> Das aus drei Richtern bestehende Gremium \u00fcbernahm die neu gezeichneten Karten f\u00fcr Repr\u00e4sentantenhaus und Senat und zeichnete eine neue Karte f\u00fcr den Kongress. Der Oberste Gerichtshof von North Carolina lehnte es ab, die Umsetzung der Karten auszusetzen. Die Beklagten der Legislative reichten daraufhin einen Antrag auf Eilaufschub beim Obersten Gerichtshof der Vereinigten Staaten ein und baten den Obersten Gerichtshof der Vereinigten Staaten, die Umsetzung der neuen Karte f\u00fcr den Kongress auszusetzen. Wir reichten eine Stellungnahme ein, in der wir argumentierten, dieser Antrag sei unzeitgem\u00e4\u00df und unn\u00f6tig und w\u00fcrde erfordern, dass der Oberste Gerichtshof jahrzehntelange Pr\u00e4zedenzf\u00e4lle und Gerichtsverfahren aufhebt. Am 7. M\u00e4rz 2022 wies der Oberste Gerichtshof der USA die Versuche der Gesetzgeber von North Carolina zur\u00fcck, die manipulierten Karten f\u00fcr den Kongress wiederherzustellen. Am 30. Juni 2022 gew\u00e4hrte der Oberste Gerichtshof in diesem Fall eine Revisionszulassung und h\u00f6rte am 7. Dezember 2022 die m\u00fcndlichen Argumente. Wir reichten am 19.
