Landis) \u8868\u793a\uff1a\u201c\u6211\u4eec\u5f88\u8363\u5e78\u80fd\u591f\u4ee3\u8868 Common Cause\/NY \u548c\u9ed1\u4eba\u7814\u7a76\u6240 (The Black Institute) \u7ee7\u7eed\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u6295\u7968\u6743\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u4fdd\u62a4\u6bcf\u4e00\u4f4d\u9009\u6c11\u6295\u7968\u8fc7\u7a0b\u7684\u516c\u6b63\u6027\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u201d \u6839\u636e\u7ebd\u7ea6\u5dde\u9009\u4e3e\u6cd5\u7b2c 7-202(1)(e)
