\u8d5e\u626c\u7ebd\u7ea6\u5e02\u3001\u963f\u5c14\u65af\u7279\u53bf\u3001\u5965\u519c\u8fbe\u52a0\u53bf\u548c\u8096\u6258\u5938\u53bf\u4f18\u5148\u8003\u8651\u7a0e\u6536\u548c\u9009\u4e3e\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u90a3\u4e9b\u4e0d\u8fbe\u6807\u4e14\u4ef7\u683c\u6602\u8d35\u7684\u673a\u5668\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u9f13\u52b1\u6240\u6709\u53bf\u6548\u4eff\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u4f18\u79c0\u699c\u6837\uff0c\u4e0d\u8981\u8d2d\u4e70 ExpressVote XL\u3002\u7ebd\u7ea6\u5dde\u76ee\u524d\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u7531\u9009\u6c11\u586b\u5199\u7684\u7eb8\u8d28\u9009\u7968\u662f\u9009\u4e3e\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u9ec4\u91d1\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u5b8c\u5168\u6ca1\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u53bb\u89e3\u51b3\u4e00\u4e2a\u6839\u672c\u4e0d\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5728 2024 href=\"https:\/\/www.nydailynews.com\/opinion\/ny-edit-paper-ballots-ess-expressvote-xl-20230802-rfuhtwd3cvaxdkjvjhzouff7ku-story.html\">\u6bcf\u65e5\u65b0\u95fb<\/a>\u00a0\u548c\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.timesunion.com\/opinion\/article\/editorial-no-vote-confidence-18278049.php\">\u5965\u5c14\u5df4\u5c3c\u65f6\u62a5\u8054\u76df<\/a>\u00a0\u4e5f\u6709\u4eba\u53d1\u8868\u793e\u8bba\u53cd\u5bf9\u8fd9\u9879\u8ba4\u8bc1\u3002\u7f51\u7edc\u5b89\u5168\u9009\u4e3e\u4e13\u5bb6\u51e0\u4e4e\u4e00\u81f4\u6279\u8bc4\u89e6\u6478\u5c4f\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u4ee5\u81f3\u4e8e\u5927\u591a\u6570\u5dde\u90fd\u91cd\u65b0\u542f\u7528\u4e86\u9009\u6c11\u6807\u8bb0\u7684\u7eb8\u8d28\u9009\u7968\u3002\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/learn.microsoft.com\/en-us\/lifecycle\/products\/windows-10-home-and-pro\">\u7531\u4e8e\u5fae\u8f6f\u5c06\u5728\u4e24\u5e74\u5185\u505c\u6b62\u8f6f\u4ef6\u66f4\u65b0\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528 Windows 10 \u7684 ExpressVote XL \u4e5f\u5c06\u53d8\u5f97\u66f4\u52a0\u4e0d\u5b89\u5168\u3002<\/a>\r\n\r\n\u53c2\u8bae\u5458\u514b\u5229\u5c14\u548c\u4f17\u8bae\u5458\u574e\u5b81\u5b89\u5206\u522b\u5728\u5404\u81ea\u7684\u8bae\u9662\u53d1\u8d77\u4e86\u4e00\u9879\u540d\u4e3a\u201c\u6295\u7968\u8bda\u4fe1\u4e0e\u9009\u6c11\u9a8c\u8bc1\u201d\uff08VIVA\uff09\u7684\u6cd5\u6848\uff0c\u8be5\u6cd5\u6848\u65e8\u5728\u786e\u4fdd\u5728\u9009\u4e3e\u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528\u53ef\u9a8c\u8bc1\u7684\u7eb8\u8d28\u9009\u7968\u3002VIVA \u5728\u53c2\u8bae\u9662\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u4e24\u515a\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u4e0a\u5c4a\u8bae\u4f1a\u4e2d\u5374\u672a\u80fd\u83b7\u5f97\u901a\u8fc7\u3002VIVA \u5c06\u963b\u6b62\u7ebd\u7ea6\u5dde\u5bf9 ExpressVote XL \u7b49\u673a\u5668\u8fdb\u884c\u8ba4\u8bc1\u3002Common Cause\/NY \u5728 2020 \u5e74\u53d1\u5e03\u4e86\u4e00\u4efd\u540d\u4e3a\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.commoncause.org\/new-york\/zh\/resource\/express-vote-xl-voting-machines-are-bad-for-new-york\/\">ExpressVote XL\uff1a\u4e0d\u5229\u4e8e\u7ebd\u7ea6\u9009\u4e3e<\/a>\u201dCommon Cause \u8ba4\u4e3a\u7ebd\u7ea6\u4e0d\u5e94\u8be5\u8d2d\u4e70 ExpressVote XL\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\uff1a\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li><strong>\u5bb9\u6613\u53d7\u5230\u7f51\u7edc\u653b\u51fb\u548c\u786c\u4ef6\u6545\u969c<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>ExpressVote XL \u673a\u5668\u4e0d\u4f7f\u7528\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u7eb8\u8d28\u8bb0\u5f55\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u7ed3\u679c\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u88ab\u9ed1\u5ba2\u5165\u4fb5\u3002\u6839\u636e\u6700\u8fd1\u7684\u4e00\u9879\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u53ea\u6709 40% \u7684\u9009\u6c11\u5728\u63d0\u4ea4\u9009\u7968\u540e\u68c0\u67e5\u4e86\u9009\u7968\u7684\u51c6\u786e\u6027\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u5927\u7ea6 7% \u7684\u9009\u6c11\u5728\u9009\u7968\u51fa\u9519\u65f6\u901a\u77e5\u4e86\u6295\u7968\u7ad9\u5de5\u4f5c\u4eba\u5458\u3002\u8be5\u7814\u7a76\u5f97\u51fa\u7684\u7ed3\u8bba\u662f\uff0c\u9ed1\u5ba2\u53ef\u4ee5\u8f7b\u6613\u66f4\u6539 1% \u6216 2% \u7684\u9009\u7968\u7ed3\u679c\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u4f1a\u88ab\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u53d1\u73b0\u3002<\/li>\r\n \t<li>\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u9009\u7968\u6807\u8bb0\u8bbe\u5907\u7684
