U.S. Senator Ben Ray Luján (D-N.M.) introduced the Fair and Clear Campaign (FCC) Transparency Act to bolster transparency and accountability in political advertising. Senator Luján previously introduced the legislation in the House of Representatives during the 116th Congress.

In the final hours of the NM Legislative Session, several CCNM priority bills were passed, including SB 160 Judicial Public Financing, SB 304 Independent Redistricting, HB 231 Native American Polling Places, and HB 55 Capital Outlay Transparency!
