class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW87224767 BCX0\"> elections. <\/span><\/span><span class=\"LineBreakBlob BlobObject DragDrop SCXW87224767 BCX0\"><span class=\"SCXW87224767 BCX0\">\u00a0<\/span><br class=\"SCXW87224767 BCX0\" \/><\/span><span class=\"LineBreakBlob BlobObject DragDrop SCXW87224767 BCX0\"><span class=\"SCXW87224767 BCX0\">\u00a0<\/span><br class=\"SCXW87224767 BCX0\" \/><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW87224767 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW87224767 BCX0\">\u201c<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW87224767 BCX0\">SAVE Act<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW87224767 BCX0\"> disproportionately affects marginalized Minnesotans,<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW87224767 BCX0\"> married individuals with a different last name than what is on their birth <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW87224767 BCX0\">certificates, low<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW87224767 BCX0\">-income <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW87224767 BCX0\">Minnesotans<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW87224767 BCX0\"> and rural voters<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW87224767 BCX0\">, particularly seniors<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW87224767 BCX0\">.<\/span> <span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW87224767 BCX0\">Additionally, <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW87224767 BCX0\">Active-duty service members voting <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW87224767 BCX0\">absentee face significant challenges if they cannot return to their local election offices to present the required documents<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW87224767 BCX0\">.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"TextRun SCXW87224767 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW87224767 BCX0\">Creating <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW87224767 BCX0\">layered <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW87224767 BCX0\">barriers <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW87224767 BCX0\">to voting and denying access to the ballot for legitimate voters is voter
