Sie war verantwortlich f\u00fcr die Entwicklung der Legislativstrategie und die Ausarbeitung von Aktionspunkten f\u00fcr den MCLA, um die Sichtweise und Stimme der Latinos in die Politikgestaltung auf allen Regierungsebenen Minnesotas einzubringen. Vor ihrem Eintritt in den Minnesota Council on Latino Affairs (MCLA) hatte Annastacia verschiedene F\u00fchrungspositionen in der lokalen, staatlichen und bundesstaatlichen Regierung inne.
