Common Cause \u6848\u4f5c\u51fa\u7981\u6b62\u8054\u90a6\u6cd5\u9662\u53d7\u7406\u515a\u6d3e\u4e0d\u516c\u5e73\u5212\u5206\u9009\u533a\u6311\u6218\u7684\u5224\u51b3\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u5bc6\u6b47\u6839\u5dde\u4e00\u5bb6\u8054\u90a6\u5730\u533a\u6cd5\u9662\u9a73\u56de\u4e86 2010 \u5e74\u9009\u4e3e\u5468\u671f\u7684\u5730\u56fe\uff0c\u79f0\u5176\u4e3a\u975e\u6cd5\u7684\u515a\u6d3e\u4e0d\u516c\u5e73\u5212\u5206\u9009\u533a\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u7531\u4e8e Rucho \u6848\u7684\u5224\u51b3\uff0c\u8054\u90a6\u6cd5\u9662\u5728\u672c\u5468\u671f\u65e0\u6cd5\u53d7\u7406\u6b64\u7c7b\u6311\u6218\uff0c\u4f46\u7531\u4e8e\u5bc6\u6b47\u6839\u5dde\u5baa\u6cd5\u7981\u6b62\u4e3a\u67d0\u4e2a\u653f\u515a\u6216\u5019\u9009\u4eba\u5212\u5206\u9009\u533a\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5411\u5dde\u6cd5\u9662\u63d0\u51fa\u6311\u6218\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u9009\u62e9\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u5e76\u6ca1\u6709\u51fa\u73b0\u6b64\u7c7b\u6311\u6218\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u53d7\u8bbf\u8005\u6216\u8c03\u67e5\u56de\u590d\u8005\u4e2d\u4e5f\u6ca1\u6709\u4eba\u8ba4\u4e3a\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u8bc1\u636e\u8868\u660e\u5730\u56fe\u6709\u610f\u6216\u65e0\u610f\u5730\u4e3a\u67d0\u4e2a\u653f\u515a\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u663e\u8457\u4f18\u52bf\u3002\r\n\r\n<strong>\u300a\u6295\u7968\u6743\u6cd5\u6848\u300b\u5408\u89c4\u6027\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u9057\u4ea7\u597d\u574f\u53c2\u534a\uff1a<\/strong> \u8bd5\u56fe\u6d88\u9664\u4e0a\u4e00\u8f6e\u91cd\u65b0\u5212\u5206\u9009\u533a\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u56f0\u6270\u9ed1\u4eba\u7684\u79cd\u65cf\u6b67\u89c6\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5728\u65e0\u610f\u4e2d\u524a\u5f31\u9ed1\u4eba\u7684\u6295\u7968\u6743\u3002\u5728 2010 \u5e74\u7684\u91cd\u65b0\u5212\u5206\u5468\u671f\u4e2d\uff0c\u5171\u548c\u515a\u7acb\u6cd5\u8005\u5c06\u5c3d\u53ef\u80fd\u591a\u7684\u5e95\u7279\u5f8b\u9ed1\u4eba\u5c45\u6c11\u585e\u8fdb\u5c3d\u53ef\u80fd\u5c11\u7684\u9009\u533a\uff0c\u4ee5\u9650\u5236\u4ed6\u4eec\u5bf9\u5468\u8fb9\u9009\u533a\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u529b\u3002\u8fd9\u4f3c\u4e4e\u4fc3\u4f7f MICRC \u5728 2020 \u5e74\u7684\u91cd\u65b0\u5212\u5206\u5468\u671f\u4e2d\u5c06\u5927\u91cf\u6ce8\u610f\u529b\u96c6\u4e2d\u5728\u62c6\u5206\u8fd9\u4e9b\u9009\u533a\u4e0a\u3002\u6b63\u5982\u5e95\u7279\u5f8b\u884c\u52a8\u7684\u5e03\u5170\u767b\u00b7\u65af\u5948\u5fb7\u6240\u63cf\u8ff0\u7684\u90a3\u6837\uff0cMICRC\u201c\u521b\u5efa\u4e86\u62c6\u5206\u9ed1\u4eba\u9009\u533a\u7684\u2018\u7ade\u4e89\u6027\u2019\u5730\u56fe\uff0c\u4f46\u901a\u8fc7\u521b\u5efa\u4e0e\u9ed1\u4eba\u6bd4\u4f8b\u4e3a 40% \u6216\u66f4\u5c11\u7684\u90ca\u533a\u76f8\u8fde\u7684\u5e95\u7279\u5f8b\u9009\u533a\uff0c\u524a\u5f31\u4e86\u9ed1\u4eba\u9009\u6c11\u7684\u6743\u529b\u3002\u201d\u8fd9\u4f3c\u4e4e\u662f\u57fa\u4e8e MICRC \u5f8b\u5e08\u7684\u5efa\u8bae\uff0c\u5373\u4efb\u610f\u9650\u5236\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u4e2a\u9009\u533a\u7684\u9ed1\u4eba\u9009\u6c11\u6bd4\u4f8b\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u8054\u90a6\u6cd5\u9662\u6b63\u5728\u5bf9\u6b64\u63d0\u51fa\u8d28\u7591\uff0c\u6307\u63a7\u5176\u8fdd\u53cd\u4e86\u300a\u6295\u7968\u6743\u6cd5\u6848\u300b\u3002\u5bc6\u6b47\u6839\u5dde\u7acb\u5927\u5b66\u7684 Jon Eguia \u6559\u6388\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u4e00\u9879\u5b9e\u9a8c\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u5b9a\u5728 100,000 \u5f20\u8ba1\u7b97\u673a\u751f\u6210\u7684\u5bc6\u6b47\u6839\u5dde\u53c2\u8bae\u9662\u548c\u5bc6\u6b47\u6839\u5dde\u4f17\u8bae\u9662\u5730\u56fe\u4e2d\uff0c\u6709\u591a\u5c11\u4e2a\u9009\u533a\u662f\u9ed1\u4eba\u5bc6\u6b47\u6839\u5dde\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee5\u9009\u51fa\u4ed6\u4eec\u9009\u62e9\u7684\u5019\u9009\u4eba\u3002\u4ed6\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u4e0e\u8ba1\u7b97\u673a\u751f\u6210\u7684\u5730\u56fe\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0cMICRC
