href=\"https:\/\/www.bostonglobe.com\/2025\/08\/14\/opinion\/campaign-finance-allegations\/\">\u8fd9\u91cc\u3002\u00a0<\/a><\/em><\/strong>\r\n\r\n\u53d1\u751f\u706b\u707e\u65f6\uff0c\u4f60\u4f1a\u62e8\u6253911\uff0c\u6025\u6551\u4eba\u5458\u4f1a\u8fc5\u901f\u8d76\u5230\u73b0\u573a\u706d\u706b\u3002\u4f46\u5f53\u51fa\u73b0\u7ade\u9009\u8d22\u52a1\u6cd5\u8fdd\u89c4\u6307\u63a7\u65f6\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u62e8\u6253911\u2014\u2014\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u7ade\u9009\u548c\u653f\u6cbb\u8d22\u52a1\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\uff08OCPF\uff09\u2014\u2014\u5374\u4e0d\u4f1a\u7acb\u5373\u91c7\u53d6\u4efb\u4f55\u884c\u52a8\u3002\u6b63\u5982OCPF\u53d1\u8a00\u4eba\u6770\u68ee\u00b7\u6cf0\u7279\u5411\u6211\u89e3\u91ca\u7684\u90a3\u6837\uff0c\u8be5\u673a\u6784\u6545\u610f\u5c06\u5bf9\u5177\u4f53\u6295\u8bc9\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u51b3\u5b9a\u63a8\u8fdf\u5230\u9009\u4e3e\u7ed3\u675f\u540e\u3002OCPF\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u5e76\u975e\u5e2e\u52a9\u9009\u6c11\u5224\u65ad\u5019\u9009\u4eba\u7684\u8bda\u4fe1\u3001\u9053\u5fb7\u548c\u5b88\u6cd5\u7a0b\u5ea6\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u907f\u514d\u91c7\u53d6\u4efb\u4f55\u53ef\u80fd\u5f71\u54cd\u9009\u4e3e\u7684\u884c\u52a8\u3002\u8fd9\u4f7f\u5f97\u9009\u6c11\u53ea\u80fd\u81ea\u884c\u5224\u65ad\u6ce2\u58eb\u987f\u5e02\u957f\u7ade\u9009\u4e2d\uff0c\u5173\u4e8e\u7ade\u9009\u8d22\u52a1\u8fdd\u89c4\u6307\u63a7\u7684\u771f\u5047\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5e02\u957f\u5434\u5f2d\u53ca\u5176\u652f\u6301\u8005\u58f0\u79f0\uff0c\u5176\u4e3b\u8981\u7ade\u4e89\u5bf9\u624b\u4e54\u4ec0\u00b7\u514b\u62c9\u592b\u7279\u7684\u7ade\u9009\u56e2\u961f\u4e0e\u8d85\u7ea7\u653f\u6cbb\u884c\u52a8\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u201c\u4f60\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\uff0c\u4f60\u7684\u672a\u6765\u201d\uff08Your City, Your Future\uff09\u4e4b\u95f4\u5b58\u5728\u975e\u6cd5\u201c\u534f\u8c03\u201d\u3002\u8be5\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u5df2\u82b1\u8d39\u6570\u767e\u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\u6295\u653e\u9488\u5bf9\u5434\u5f2d\u7684\u8d1f\u9762\u5e7f\u544a\u3002\u5434\u5f2d\u8fd8\u6307\u8d23\u514b\u62c9\u592b\u7279\u7ade\u9009\u56e2\u961f\u8fd1\u671f\u53d1\u9001\u7684\u7b79\u6b3e\u90ae\u4ef6\u5177\u6709\u6b3a\u9a97\u6027\u3002\u514b\u62c9\u592b\u7279\u7ade\u9009\u56e2\u961f\u5426\u8ba4\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6307\u63a7\uff0c\u4f46\u540c\u65f6\u6307\u8d23\u5434\u5f2d\u57282021\u5e74\u7ade\u9009\u5e02\u957f\u671f\u95f4\u4e0e\u4e00\u4e2a\u8d85\u7ea7\u653f\u6cbb\u884c\u52a8\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u8fdb\u884c\u534f\u8c03\uff0c\u5e76\u6307\u63a7\u5434\u5f2d\u201c\u5c06\u516c\u5171\u8d44\u91d1\u7528\u4e8e\u653f\u6cbb\u76ee\u7684\u201d\uff0c\u636e\u79f0\u5979\u5141\u8bb8\u516c\u804c\u4eba\u5458\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u65f6\u95f4\u4ece\u4e8b\u4e0e\u7ade\u9009\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u5434\u5f2d\u7ade\u9009\u56e2\u961f\u5426\u8ba4\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6307\u63a7\u3002\u5f53\u6211\u8be2\u95ee\u5904\u7406\u6295\u8bc9\u7684\u65f6\u9650\u65f6\uff0c\u6cf0\u7279\u8ba9\u6211\u53c2\u8003\u4e86\u7ba1\u8f96\u201c\u516c\u5171\u8d44\u91d1\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\u201d\uff08OCPF\uff09\u7684\u6cd5\u89c4\u7b2c3\u6761\uff0c\u8be5\u6761\u89c4\u5b9a\u4efb\u4f55\u6d89\u5acc\u8fdd\u89c4\u884c\u4e3a\u90fd\u5e94\u201c\u5728\u76f8\u5173\u9009\u4e3e\u524d120\u5929\u6216\u9009\u4e3e\u540e\u4e09\u5e74\u5185\u201d\u63d0\u4ea4\u7ed9\u603b\u68c0\u5bdf\u957f\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u63d0\u4ea4\u7ed9\u603b\u68c0\u5bdf\u957f\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u5e76\u4e0d\u5e38\u89c1\u3002\u636e\u6cf0\u7279\u79f0\uff0c\u5927\u591a\u6570\u6848\u4ef6\u7684\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u5f0f\u6709\u4e24\u79cd\uff1a\u4e00\u662f\u53d1\u5e03\u516c\u5f00\u51b3\u8bae\u51fd\u2014\u2014OCPF\u5728\u51b3\u8bae\u51fd\u4e2d\u58f0\u660e\u201c\u6ca1\u6709\u7406\u7531\u76f8\u4fe1\u201d\u5b58\u5728\u8fdd\u89c4\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u53d1\u73b0\u5b58\u5728\u8fdd\u89c4\u884c\u4e3a\u4f46\u8ba4\u4e3a\u6848\u4ef6\u53ef\u4ee5\u975e\u6b63\u5f0f\u89e3\u51b3\uff1b\u4e8c\u662f\u8fbe\u6210\u5904\u7f6e\u534f\u8bae\uff0c\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u540c\u610f\u91c7\u53d6\u5177\u4f53\u884c\u52a8\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u7f34\u7eb3\u7f5a\u6b3e\u3002120\u5929\u7684\u671f\u9650\u4e0e\u6b64\u65e0\u5173\uff0c\u4f46\u6cf0\u7279\u5374\u4ee5\u6b64\u4e3a\u7531\uff0c\u89e3\u91ca\u4e3a\u4f55\u76f4\u5230\u9009\u4e3e\u7ed3\u675f\u540e\u624d\u5904\u7406\u6295\u8bc9\u3002\u5982\u6b64\u6f2b\u957f\u7684\u7b49\u5f85\uff0c\u53c8\u6709\u4ec0\u4e48\u52a8\u529b\u53bb\u9075\u5b88\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5462\uff1f\r\n\r\n<strong><span class=\"highlight\">\u6770\u592b\u00b7\u798f\u65af\u7279<\/span>\u6267\u884c\u8463\u4e8b\u00a0<span class=\"highlight\">\u9a6c\u8428\u8bf8\u585e\u5dde\u5171\u540c\u4e8b\u4e1a<\/span>\u4ed6\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u867d\u7136\u4ed6\u7406\u89e3\u8be5\u673a\u6784\u4e0d\u613f\u5e72\u9884\u9009\u4e3e\uff0c\u4f46\u201c\u5982\u679c\u786e\u5b9e\u5b58\u5728\u53ef\u4fe1\u4e14\u6027\u8d28\u6076\u52a3\u7684\u8fdd\u89c4\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u9700\u8981OCPF\u91c7\u53d6\u884c\u52a8\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4ed6\u4eec\u6b63\u5728\u8fdb\u884c\u8c03\u67e5\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u7ecf\u8fc7\u5c3d\u804c\u8c03\u67e5\u540e\u80fd\u591f\u5f97\u51fa\u7ed3\u8bba\uff0c\u516c\u4f17\u6709\u6743\u77e5\u9053\u7ed3\u679c\u3002\u201d<\/strong>\r\n\r\n\u957f\u671f\u5728\u6ce2\u58eb\u987f\u6267\u4e1a\u7684\u8fa9\u62a4\u5f8b\u5e08\u6258\u9a6c\u65af\u00b7\u5fb7\u6000\u5c14\u66fe\u4ee3\u7406\u8fc7\u591a\u8d77\u4e0e\u7ade\u9009\u8d44\u91d1\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u6848\u4ef6\uff0c\u4ed6\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u6839\u636e\u5dde\u6cd5\u5f8b\uff0c\u7ade\u9009\u8d44\u91d1\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\uff08OCPF\uff09\u62e5\u6709\u201c\u5145\u8db3\u7684\u6743\u529b\u201d\u53ca\u65f6\u8ffd\u7a76\u5019\u9009\u4eba\u7684\u8d23\u4efb\u3002\u201c\u53ea\u662f\u4ed6\u4eec\u4e0d\u613f\u8f7b\u6613\u884c\u4f7f\u8fd9\u9879\u6743\u529b\uff0c\u201d\u4ed6\u544a\u8bc9\u6211\u3002\u4ed6\u8ba4\u4e3a\u90e8\u5206\u539f\u56e0\u5728\u4e8e\u8d1f\u8d23\u4eba\u2014\u2014\u4e00\u4f4d\u7531\u4e24\u515a\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u4efb\u547d\u7684\u4e3b\u4efb\uff0c\u4efb\u671f\u516d\u5e74\u3002\u8be5\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u6210\u5458\u5305\u62ec\u5dde\u52a1\u537f\u3001\u6c11\u4e3b\u515a\u548c\u5171\u548c\u515a\u5dde\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u4e3b\u5e2d\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5dde\u957f\u4efb\u547d\u7684\u6cd5\u5b66\u9662\u9662\u957f\u3002\u73b0\u4efb\u4e3b\u4efb\u5a01\u5ec9\u00b7C\u00b7\u574e\u8d1d\u5c14\u4e8e2021\u5e74\u4e0a\u4efb\uff0c\u6b64\u524d\u66fe\u62c5\u4efb\u6c83\u672c\u5e02\u4e66\u8bb0\u5458\u3002\u5728\u5c31\u804c\u65f6\u63a5\u53d7\u300a\u5dde\u8bae\u4f1a\u65b0\u95fb\u300b\u91c7\u8bbf\u65f6\uff0c\u4ed6\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u201c\u6211\u7edd\u5bf9\u4e0d\u504f\u4e0d\u501a\u3002\u56e0\u4e3a\u6211\u66fe\u7ecf\u662f\u6c11\u4e3b\u515a\u4eba\uff0c\u4e5f\u66fe\u7ecf\u662f\u5171\u548c\u515a\u4eba\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u8fd8\u66fe\u662f\u65e0\u515a\u6d3e\u4eba\u58eb\u3002\u201d\u597d\u5427\uff0c\u4f46\u4e24\u515a\u5408\u4f5c\u5e76\u6ca1\u6709\u6fc0\u53d1\u574e\u8d1d\u5c14\u5728\u5e2e\u52a9\u9009\u6c11\u3001\u5904\u7406\u6b63\u5728\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u5e02\u957f\u7ade\u9009\u4e2d\u7684\u6295\u8bc9\u65b9\u9762\u8868\u73b0\u51fa\u4efb\u4f55\u70ed\u60c5\u3002\u800c\u8fd9\u573a\u7ade\u9009\u6070\u6070\u9700\u8981\u6307\u5bfc\u3002\u636e Massterlist \u62a5\u9053\uff0c\u8d85\u7ea7\u653f\u6cbb\u884c\u52a8\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\uff08Super PAC\uff09\u5728\u6ce2\u58eb\u987f\u5e02\u957f\u7ade\u9009\u4e2d\u626e\u6f14\u7740\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u89d2\u8272\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ece\u4e2a\u4eba\u3001\u4f01\u4e1a\u3001\u5de5\u4f1a\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u65b9\u9762\u83b7\u5f97\u65e0\u9650\u989d\u7684\u8d44\u91d1\u3002\u4e0e\u514b\u62c9\u592b\u7279\u7ed3\u76df\u7684\u90a3\u4e2a\u8d85\u7ea7\u653f\u6cbb\u884c\u52a8\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u4ed6\u7236\u4eb2\u2014\u2014\u65b0\u82f1\u683c\u5170\u7231\u56fd\u8005\u961f\u8001\u677f\u7f57\u4f2f\u7279\u00b7\u514b\u62c9\u592b\u7279\u2014\u2014\u7684\u5bcc\u88d5\u670b\u53cb\u4eec\u6570\u767e\u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u8d44\u52a9\u3002\u6709\u62a5\u9053\u79f0\uff0c\u6709\u786e\u51ff\u8bc1\u636e\u8868\u660e\u8be5\u8d85\u7ea7\u653f\u6cbb\u884c\u52a8\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u4e0e\u514b\u62c9\u592b\u7279\u7ade\u9009\u56e2\u961f\u4e4b\u95f4\u5b58\u5728\u975e\u6cd5\u534f\u8c03\u3002\u5728\u5434\u4e00\u65b9\uff0c\u8d85\u7ea7\u653f\u6cbb\u884c\u52a8\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u201c\u5927\u80c6\u6ce2\u58eb\u987f\u201d\uff08Bold Boston\uff09\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u5de5\u4f1a\u548c\u73af\u4fdd\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u652f\u6301\u3002Massterlist \u8fd8\u62a5\u9053\u79f0\uff0c\u987e\u95ee\u517c\u524d\u94f6\u884c\u9ad8\u7ba1\u9a6c\u5229\u4e9a\u00b7\u62c9\u7956\u4e0a\u5468\u63d0\u4ea4\u4e86\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u6210\u7acb\u4e86\u53e6\u4e00\u4e2a\u652f\u6301\u5434\u7684\u8d85\u7ea7\u653f\u6cbb\u884c\u52a8\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u3002
