\u5f00\u7bc7\uff1a\u672c\u6848\u8981\u6c42\u5bf9\u300a\u6295\u7968\u6743\u6cd5\u300b\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6761\u8fdb\u884c\u76f4\u63a5\u800c\u53c8\u7d27\u8feb\u4e14\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u9002\u7528\u3002\u5df4\u5c14\u7684\u6469\u53bf\u8fc5\u901f\u589e\u957f\u7684\u9ed1\u4eba\u4eba\u53e3\uff08\u76ee\u524d\u5360\u5168\u53bf\u603b\u4eba\u53e3\u768432%\uff09\u4ee5\u53ca\u9ed1\u4eba\u3001\u539f\u4f4f\u6c11\u548c\u6709\u8272\u4eba\u79cd\uff08BIPOC\uff09\u4eba\u53e3\uff08\u76ee\u524d\u5360\u603b\u4eba\u53e3\u768448%\uff09\u89c4\u6a21\u5e9e\u5927\u4e14\u5730\u57df\u96c6\u4e2d\uff0c\u5b8c\u5168\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u4e03\u4e2a\u53bf\u8bae\u4f1a\u9009\u533a\u4e2d\u8f7b\u677e\u8bbe\u7acb\u4e24\u4e2a\u4ee5\u9ed1\u4eba\u4e3a\u4e3b\u7684\u9009\u533a\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7b2c\u4e09\u4e2a\u201c\u5f71\u54cd\u9009\u533a\u201d\uff0c\u8be5\u9009\u533a\u7684\u767d\u4eba\u548cBIPOC\u9009\u6c11\u4eba\u6570\u76f8\u7b49\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4e0d\u8bbe\u7acb\u8fd9\u4e9b\u9009\u533a\uff0c\u9009\u6c11\u4e2d\u7684\u79cd\u65cf\u4e24\u6781\u5206\u5316\u5c06\u4f7f\u767d\u4eba\u591a\u6570\u7fa4\u4f53\u80fd\u591f\u51cc\u9a7e\u4e8e\u5c11\u6570\u65cf\u88d4\u9009\u6c11\u7684\u610f\u613f\u4e4b\u4e0a\uff0c\u5e76\u901a\u8fc7\u524a\u5f31\u9ed1\u4eba\u548cBIPOC\u9009\u6c11\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u529b\u3001\u963b\u788d\u9ed1\u4eba\u5019\u9009\u4eba\u53c2\u9009\u4ee5\u53ca\u963b\u6b62\u6709\u8272\u4eba\u79cd\u5c45\u6c11\u9009\u51fa\u4ed6\u4eec\u5c5e\u610f\u7684\u4ee3\u8868\uff0c\u6765\u7ef4\u6301\u5df4\u5c14\u7684\u6469\u53bf\u51e0\u4e4e\u5b8c\u5168\u7531\u767d\u4eba\u7ec4\u6210\u7684\u653f\u5e9c\u2026\u2026\u8fd9\u6b63\u662f\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6761\u65e8\u5728\u7ea0\u6b63\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u3002\r\n\r\n<strong>\u8be5\u6587\u4ef6\u7531 <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aclu-md.org\/sites\/default\/files\/baltimore_county_motionbalt_county_barreto_declaration_w_appendixes_final.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>\u9a6c\u4fee\u00b7\u5df4\u96f7\u6258\u7684\u58f0\u660e<\/strong><\/a>\u52a0\u5dde\u5927\u5b66\u6d1b\u6749\u77f6\u5206\u6821\u653f\u6cbb\u5b66\u548c\u5947\u5361\u8bfa\u7814\u7a76\u6559\u6388\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u6295\u7968\u6743\u548c\u91cd\u65b0\u5212\u5206\u9009\u533a\u7684\u9876\u7ea7\u5168\u56fd\u4e13\u5bb6\uff0c\u66fe\u5728 30
