href=\"https:\/\/mgaleg.maryland.gov\/mgawebsite\/Legislation\/Details\/hb1044\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HB 1044<\/a>\uff0c \u548c\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mgaleg.maryland.gov\/mgawebsite\/Legislation\/Details\/sb0342?ys=2025RS\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SB 342<\/a>)\uff0c\u8be5\u6cd5\u6848\u5728\u300a\u8054\u90a6\u6295\u7968\u6743\u6cd5\u300b\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u5236\u5b9a\u5f3a\u6709\u529b\u7684\u4fdd\u62a4\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u6709\u8272\u4eba\u79cd\u9009\u6c11\u80fd\u591f\u5145\u5206\u53c2\u4e0e\u9009\u4e3e\u8fdb\u7a0b\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u6cd5\u6848\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e86\u56db\u4e2a\u4e3b\u8981\u76ee\u6807\uff1a\u7981\u6b62\u62d2\u7edd\u548c\u7a00\u91ca\u9009\u7968\u3001\u6269\u5927\u9009\u4e3e\u4e2d\u7684\u8bed\u8a00\u534f\u52a9\u3001\u5236\u6b62\u5bf9\u9009\u6c11\u7684\u6050\u5413\u4ee5\u53ca\u5728\u9ad8\u98ce\u9669\u5730\u533a\u9632\u6b62\u6b67\u89c6\u7684\u53d1\u751f\u3002<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>\u4f5b\u7f57\u91cc\u8fbe\uff1a<\/strong>\u00a0\u54c8\u91cc\u00b7T\u00b7\u6469\u5c14\u548c\u54c8\u91cc\u7279\u00b7V\u00b7\u6469\u5c14\u592b\u5987\u7684\u300a\u4f5b\u7f57\u91cc\u8fbe\u5dde\u6295\u7968\u6743\u6cd5\u6848\u300b\uff08HB 1409 \u548c SB 1582\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u9879\u5177\u6709\u91cc\u7a0b\u7891\u610f\u4e49\u7684\u6cd5\u6848\uff0c\u5b83\u5728\u8054\u90a6\u300a\u6295\u7968\u6743\u6cd5\u6848\u300b\u7684\u5173\u952e\u4fdd\u62a4\u63aa\u65bd\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\uff0c\u5e9f\u9664\u4e86\u6709\u5bb3\u7684\u5dde\u7ea7\u53cd\u9009\u6c11\u6cd5\u5f8b\u3002\u8be5\u6cd5\u6848\u65e8\u5728\u6269\u5927\u6240\u6709\u4f5b\u7f57\u91cc\u8fbe\u5dde\u5c45\u6c11\u7684\u6295\u7968\u6743\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u63d0\u4f9b\u5173\u952e\u4fdd\u62a4\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u9632\u6b62\u6b67\u89c6\u6027\u6295\u7968\u505a\u6cd5\u548c\u653f\u7b56\u3002<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>\u79d1\u7f57\u62c9\u591a\u5dde\uff1a<\/strong>\u00a0\u79d1\u7f57\u62c9\u591a\u5dde\u6295\u7968\u6743\u6cd5\u6848\uff08<a href=\"https:\/\/leg.colorado.gov\/bills\/sb25-001\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u6cd5\u6848 001<\/a>) \u5c06\u7eb3\u5165\u5dde\u6cd5\u5f8b\uff0c\u5e76\u6269\u5c55\u8054\u90a6\u300a\u6295\u7968\u6743\u6cd5\u6848\u300b\u7684\u9009\u6c11\u4fdd\u62a4\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u7981\u6b62\u9009\u4e3e\u548c\u6295\u7968\u4e2d\u7684\u6b67\u89c6\uff0c\u5e76\u786e\u4fdd\u6240\u6709\u5408\u683c\u9009\u6c11\u90fd\u4eab\u6709\u6295\u7968\u6743\u3002\u8be5\u6cd5\u6848\u4e3a\u5dde\u300a\u6295\u7968\u6743\u6cd5\u6848\u300b\u7acb\u6cd5\u5f15\u5165\u4e86\u65b0\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u660e\u786e\u4fdd\u62a4 LGBTQ+ \u9009\u6c11\u548c\u9009\u4e3e\u671f\u95f4\u88ab\u76d1\u7981\u7684\u9009\u6c11\uff0c\u5e76\u9996\u6b21\u89c4\u5b9a\u5e02\u653f\u9009\u4e3e\u5fc5\u987b\u4f7f\u7528\u591a\u8bed\u8a00\u9009\u7968\u3002<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<div><\/div>\r\n<div><a
