Cela signifie que m\u00eame une personne en libert\u00e9 conditionnelle ou ayant purg\u00e9 sa peine peut voter dans l&#039;\u00c9tat du Maryland. Cette modification l\u00e9gislative est entr\u00e9e en vigueur en 2016, apr\u00e8s que le veto du gouverneur Hogan a \u00e9t\u00e9 lev\u00e9 par le Parlement.
